Operating platform
Capital is only part of the equation.
Most investors in this sector allocate capital and appoint someone else to run the venue. We do both, which changes what we can underwrite and what we can improve.

Why it matters
What operating capability actually changes.

Underwriting informed by trade
We assess how a venue actually trades — the rhythm of a week, the shape of a bar, the cost of a roster — rather than relying only on presented financial statements.
Improvement is executed, not delegated
Post-acquisition work is delivered by our own operating platform. Accountability for performance does not transfer to a third-party manager.
Capital and operations are coordinated
Capital expenditure decisions are made with knowledge of the operating plan, and operating decisions are made with knowledge of the capital structure.
Local identity is preserved
Venues are not rebranded into a chain. Each keeps its own name, character and place in its community.

The advantage, summarised
Operating capability
A dedicated hospitality operating platform rather than an outsourced management arrangement.
Venue-level insight
Assessment informed by how venues actually trade, not only by financial statements.
Flexible capital
The ability to consider outright acquisition, property ownership or structured partnership.
Active ownership
Involvement after completion, where value is either created or lost.
Disciplined underwriting
Consistent process, conservative assumptions and explicit downside cases.
Operators
Considering a partner rather than a buyer?
We work with operators who want capital without losing what they built. Conversations are confidential and carry no obligation.
